Credit Coaching Call Winners Agreement


Thank you for scheduling a Credit Strategy Call with Bernard Services LLC (dba Prolific Impact) As a winner of our credit coaching call offer, you are entitled to a valuable 60-minute session to assess and improve your credit situation. To ensure a productive and valuable experience, please carefully review and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Payment & Scheduling

  • A refundable booking fee of $200 is required to schedule the Credit Strategy Call. This fee is intended to secure your spot and will be refunded based on the conditions outlined below.

2. Meeting Details

  • The Credit Strategy Call is a 60-minute Zoom meeting.
  • During the meeting, we will:
    • Discuss your credit goals and current challenges.
    • Review your credit reports and scores.
    • Help you develop a customized budget.
    • Examine your total debt and monthly payments.
    • Audit your business for same-day funding eligibility.
    • Develop a 90-day personalized action plan.
  • This call often reveals whether further assistance is needed. At the end, we will recommend program options to help you reach your goals successfully.

3. Refund Conditions

  • If you decide not to enroll in a program, you must notify us within 14 days of the meeting to receive a refund of your $200 deposit. Notification can be made via:
  • Failure to notify us with a decision within 14 days will result in forfeiture of the deposit. 
  • If you fail to attend the call and do not reschedule, the deposit is also forfeited.

4. Attendance & Punctuality

  • Please ensure you are on time for your scheduled session. A 5-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals.
  • After the 5-minute grace period, if you have not arrived, the session will be considered canceled, and the deposit forfeited.
  • Important: We do not reschedule no-shows.
  • Emergency Exception: If you experience an emergency that prevents you from attending the scheduled call, please contact us as soon as possible. In cases of verified emergencies, rescheduling will be allowed without forfeiting the deposit.

5. Preparation Requirements

  • You are required to provide us access to credit monitoring during the meeting to allow your coach to conduct a thorough review of your credit reports and scores. Without this information, it will be impossible for us to know how to best guide you.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • To cancel or reschedule your call, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled time may result in a forfeited deposit.
  • Emergency Exception: In the event of a verified emergency, cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will not result in a forfeited deposit.

7. No Judgement Zone

  • At Prolific Impact, we maintain a No Judgement Zone. Our purpose is to support, guide, and educate you on your financial journey, regardless of your current credit or financial situation. We believe in creating a safe and respectful environment where you can openly share your goals and challenges without fear of criticism or judgment.

8. Recording & Confidentiality

  • Recording: The Credit Strategy Call will be recorded for training and quality assurance and marketing purposes. These recordings may be used as content for public platforms such as social media, podcasts, and promotional materials. By scheduling and participating in the call, you consent to such recording. If you do not wish for the call to be recorded, please notify us in advance.
  • Anonymity Protection: No personally identifiable information (such as your name, face, or specific details) will be revealed in any shared content. Only voice recordings with anonymized references will be used.
  • Ownership & Usage Rights: Prolific Impact retains the right to use, edit, and distribute these recordings for content purposes, including marketing, educational resources, and promotional materials.
  • Confidentiality: We respect your privacy. All information shared during the Credit Strategy Call will be treated as confidential. Your personal and financial details will not be shared with third parties without your explicit permission, except as required by law.

By scheduling a Credit Strategy Call with Prolific Impact, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
